ROC USA is a New Hampshire-based non profit organization that helps residents buy the communities they live in. It assists with business planning, articles of incorporation and finding or providing financing, among other items.
A resident-owned community allows the homeowner to also own the land their home is on. A committee of residents also helps to form community rules and regulations in a resident-owned community.
