Head to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi from October 11 – 13 to check out Michigan’s premier public showcase for factory-built homes. Tour half a dozen homes featuring great innovations and floor plans. If you’re a homebuyer looking for your new home, then this event is for you.

“Each of the six homes at the event are fully decorated and furnished, and show off the absolute best that modern manufactured housing has to offer,” MMHA President and CEO John Lindley said. “We can’t wait for the public to see the models that are available, with price points suitable for any homebuyer’s budget.” 

The homes on display at the Manufactured Housing Showcase will be priced starting as low as $43,500 and going up to $149,999.

The Novi Home Show takes place on Friday, October 11th from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, October 12th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, October 13th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How Much Will It Cost to Attend The Novi Home Show?  

  • General admission (ages 13 and up): $12 
  • Senior admission (ages 65 and up): $10 
  • Kids admission (ages 12 and under): FREE! 

Tickets are just $5 after 5 p.m. on Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th. The MMHA Home Showcase is an exhibit within the Novi Home Show, so you won’t have to pay any additional admission.
