If you live in or around Southeast Michigan, then your opportunity to tour the newest manufactured homes is here!
The Novi Home & Garden Show, taking place at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi from March 28 – 30, 2025, will host four beautiful manufactured homes for the public to tour inside and out. These homes will be shown off as part of the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association Manufactured Spring Home Showcase.
“2025 has already been a great year for new manufactured home models, and we’re excited to show some amazing innovations in home design to the public,” MMHA President and CEO John Lindley said.
The homes on display at the Manufactured Home Showcase will be priced starting as low as $75,995 and going up to $174,900.
The Novi Home & Garden Show takes place on Friday, March 28th from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 29th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 30th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How Much Will It Cost to Attend The Novi Home & Garden Show?
General admission (ages 13 and up): $12
Senior admission (ages 65 and up): $10
Kids admission (ages 12 and under): FREE!
Tickets are just $5 after 5 p.m. on Friday, March 28th and Saturday, March 29th. The MMHA Manufactured Home Showcase is an exhibit within the Novi Home Show, so you won’t have to pay any additional admission.
