The HUD code defines all mobile homes built after June 15, 1976 as the manufactured homes we know today. It also brought in sweeping changes that greatly increased their safety.

There are times where it may be necessary to contact the manager of your community. For instance, perhaps you have a question relating to your monthly rent, or need to file a complaint regarding a neighbor. 

However, there is also a community or park owner that’s different from the manager. The owner of the community may be a larger company, and you would go to them if you have a complaint or question regarding your park manager.

Find the Community Manager

If you recently moved into a manufactured home community, you may have received a brochure or packet from the park staff. These materials may include, among other things, contact information for the park itself, including the park manager.
