Michigan Manufactured Housing Association Provides ‘Show Within a Show’ for Latest Manufactured Homes Oct. 13-15 in Novi

The brand new Catena model from Michigan-based Champion Home Builders will be one of six of the latest manufactured homes on display mid-month at the Novi Home Show.

Champion will show the Catena model for the first time ever. It is a multi-section home that features three large bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The home accentuates so much of what is possible with today’s designs, including two full bathrooms, built-in entertainment center, chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, island and walk-in pantry. In addition, the home has a contemporary electric fireplace and built-in bookshelves.

“With many Michigan families’ already proud Champion home owners, we are pleased to highlight our new prototype design at the MMHA Home Showcase,” said Bruce Thelen, vice president of sales & marketing for Champion Home Builders.

The six fully decorated and furnished model homes feature open floor plans, incredible kitchens and luxurious master baths. The Stone Creek Mansion Elite by MHE offers four bedrooms, two full baths and a stone-surround gas fireplace. The Arlington model has more than 2,100 square feet and boasts glass mosaic tiling, two-toned cabinetry and a covered porch.

The Heritage Collection’s Adam model by Clayton offers a gracious open floor plan in a multi-section home. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. Additionally, it has a gourmet kitchen with preparation island and barn wood accents throughout.

Homes on display in Novi range from 746 to 2,112 square-feet in dimension. They range in price from $19,900 to $107,000. Because each home will be open for tours, each builder will have someone available to answer questions and take inquiries.

“The MMHA Home Showcase is a great way to experience the quality, style and sophistication of manufactured homes,” said MMHA Director Darren Ing. “Michigan has a healthy appreciation of manufactured homes — ranking in the top 10 of manufactured home deliveries — but some people still have misconceptions about manufactured homes. This showcase will change many minds.”
