So, we admit to being blown away by this beautiful video of Laguna Terrace! This community is near everything you would want. This includes, shopping, schools and restaurants. Plus, it is by beautiful beaches, nature trails and golf courses. What a gorgeous place for the outdoor enthusiast! (Especially since, as Terri says in the video below, you can enjoy the weather all year!)

Not only is there gorgeous water nearby, Laguna Beach is surrounded by rolling hills. As a resident of Laguna Terrace says:

Newport Farms, Newport Michigan

Wait, what? Sure, we’ve been talking about waterfront in warm weather states, but the Midwest has lovely waterfront properties as well.

Newport Farms is located about 25 minutes downriver of Detroit. And, it offers quiet country living just outside of the big city. This pet-friendly community has three lakes and is located in a wonderful school district for the kids. Plus, Newport Farms has tree-lined streets, lovely green spaces and great fishing!
