All-new manufactured homes on display are coming to Michigan! The Novi Home Show in Southeast Michigan will host four model manufactured homes for public display at the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA) Manufactured Housing Showcase.
Head to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi from October 10 – 12 to check out Michigan’s bi-annual public showcase for factory-built homes. These models will feature exciting new innovations and floor plans, and offer prospective homebuyers the chance to see them up close and personal.
“The four homes we’ll have on display at The Novi Home Show are some of the very best that modern manufactured housing has to offer in today’s market,” MMHA President and CEO John Lindley said. “We’re looking forward to welcoming the public and introducing them to high-quality homes for a variety of price points.”

The homes on display at the Manufactured Housing Showcase will be priced starting as low as $89,995 and going up to $139,995.
The Novi Home Show takes place on Friday, October 10th from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, October 11th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, October 12th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Senior admission (ages 65 and up): $10
- Kids admission (ages 12 and under): FREE!
Tickets are just $5 after 5 p.m. on Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th. The MMHA Home Showcase is an exhibit within the Novi Home Show, so you won’t have to pay any additional admission to view the manufactured homes on display.
